Level II quotes on version 2.0.1 not working as before

I don't subscribe to Level II quotes via TD Ameritrade, but NYSE Level 2's always worked. They still work in TD Ameritrade's own Streaming application. They used to work in iStockManager, but now don't. I am thinking maybe the app checks if the user is subscribed to level 2 from TD, and blocks if not. However, NYSE level 2 seems to be open without the subscription, so it should be also available on the iPhone app too.

Am I wrong?
